Since 2009 we’ve challenged you to take on one of the world’s toughest one-day cycling challenges at Falls Creek. Now, as the Peaks Challenge series continues to expand, we have a new challenge for you - Peaks Challenge Cradle Mountain.
Starting and finishing on the Devonport foreshore, the 235 kilometre circuit takes you to the heart of Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park as you tackle the ascents of Melrose Road, Cethana Road, Cradle Mountain, Spellmans Road and Top Gawler Road. Team Bicycle Network will be by your side, and with full en-route support, including food and clothing valet, we’ll take care of everything you need to conquer the peaks. But staying ahead of our Lanterne Rouge, and the 13-hour deadline, is all up to you.
Each Peaks Challenge Cradle Mountain cyclist receives:
Full en-route support - lead vehicle, SAG wagons, motorcycle marshals, medical and mechanical support, and traffic management
Timed climbs - so you can compare yourself to the pros
Text updates - regular messages sent to a nominated contact providing updates on your ride
