Bass Coast Cycle Challenge and Family Festival has some of the most scenic views in Victoria, with the rolling hills of the Strzelecki Ranges and the beautiful coast line heading back into the Inverloch town ship.
With six rides - 121km, 85km, 53km, 40km, 5km kids and the school group safety ride - plus three fun runs (10km, 5km, 1.8km), there is something for all ages and abilities … from beginner and recreational riders and runners, through to the weekend warriors! Entry is open from July 1 and rider numbers are capped at 1000. Early bird entrants (before September 1) go in the running to win one of five free ride entries.
The entry fee includes en-route support and food, timed Mt Misery climb (121 and 85km routes) and the event jersey. Proceeds Proceeds from the Bass Coast Cycle Challenge support a broad suite of driver education programs in schools across the Bass Coast and South Gippsland regions. Students from grades 10, 11 and 12 will now benefit from your cycling efforts, with funds supporting the ‘Keys Please Vic Roads education program’ (year 10), the RYDA program (year 11) and Vic roads MukUpday program (year 12).
